E-Commerce Instructor – IHK Partial Qualification TQ4 & TQ5

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct live digital teaching sessions for the TQ4 and TQ5 partial qualifications aimed at trainees in the E-Commerce apprenticeship (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E-Commerce).

• Educate on pertinent topics related to Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and online sales.

• Specifically prepare participants for the IHK competency assessments.

• Deliver exam-relevant content, methods, and practical assignments.

• Employ realistic case studies, exercises, key performance indicators, and practical examples.

• Assist participants with diverse learning levels and prior knowledge.

• Offer support for subject-related inquiries and individual learning requirements.

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of teaching materials and learning formats.

• Collaborate closely with the Academy and instructor team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an instructor or trainer for the TQ4 and TQ5 partial qualifications in the E-Commerce merchant occupation (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im E-Commerce).

• Experience in preparing participants for IHK competency assessments.

• Strong practical background in online marketing and e-commerce.

• Confident and practice-oriented delivery of TQ4 and TQ5 content.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEA (Search Engine Advertising/PPC), social media, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and tracking.

• Understanding of CRM, customer journey, campaign management, KPIs, and conversion optimization.

• Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel management.

• Experience in adult education.

• Excellent didactic and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.

• Proficient use of digital learning and communication tools.

• Exceptional German language skills.

• A pedagogical qualification, such as a trainer qualification according to AEVO, is an advantage.
