This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create and implement customer-focused Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, business process evaluations, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 CE applications across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and associated modules.
• Develop and enhance solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Design and facilitate integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Contribute to API and integration design through tools such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform connectors.
• Configure business rules, workflows, forms, dashboards, and security models within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Assist with data migration, deployment tasks, and uphold data quality standards.
• Engage in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and promote ongoing improvement while advocating for best-practice, low-customization solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Power Platform solutions.
• Practical experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing / Customer Insights.
• Strong comprehension of CRM processes and customer engagement best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collect requirements, facilitate workshops, and convert business needs into effective solution designs.
• Experience in configuring and enhancing solutions using the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Azure and integration technologies like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform connectors.
• Experience working with APIs, REST services, and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise data models, security frameworks, and solution architecture principles.
• Exposure to customization technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web resources within Dynamics 365.
• Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
