This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders such as clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and other Architects to define customer solutions and deliver engagements that are innovative and surpass business requirements.
• Design and implement D365 CE solutions that address client needs and challenges.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, demonstrations, and product education as needed.
• Meet with clients to assess their needs and identify problem areas.
• Assist in the development of estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and proposals that outline the professional services necessary to fulfill client requirements.
• Analyze complex requirements and formulate IT strategies and multi-technology solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) in accordance with industry best practices.
• Stay informed about changes and opportunities related to Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Focus on best practices for organizational change management and user adoption.
• Adhere to Agile best practices using Azure DevOps, including contributing to the creation and grooming of a program backlog of features and tasks.
• Develop relevant documentation, including conceptual designs, solution architecture, data models, integration designs, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information.
• Over 5 years of industry experience in customer engagement domains such as sales, customer service, field service, or marketing (in roles such as consultant or Subject Matter Expert).
• More than 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) and/or legacy Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated skills or experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences, including internal and external stakeholders, in a clear and concise manner.
• Expertise in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve skills and remain relevant in the area of expertise.
