Dutch-Speaking Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

• - Foster robust customer relationships and promote their success.

• - Manage customer support via phone and email, addressing general inquiries along with questions regarding contracts and invoices.

• - Assist customers and local teams with contract management and invoice-related responsibilities, in addition to other customer service activities.

• - Execute proactive outreach initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• **What You Bring**

• - Excellent communication skills in **English (B2) and Dutch (C1)**.

• - Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or BPO.

• - A customer-centric approach with outstanding communication abilities.

• - Proactive, organized, and technologically proficient (experience with SAP/Salesforce is advantageous).
