• Be an integral part of the team responsible for supporting and executing payroll activities and/or data management/customer service functions, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
• Assist Managers in engaging with clients by ensuring all information is accurate and delivered punctually.
• Offer support and guidance during all implementations and go-live events.
• Provide daily functional assistance to teams, ensuring successful payroll delivery and taking ownership of the complete payroll process with necessary sign-offs.
• Oversee the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.
• Update, maintain, and enforce the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensure and sign off on System Maintenance Testing.
• Support the review of the Statement of Works before it is shared with the Client to ensure it meets its intended purpose.
• Drive the optimization of HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency and promote automation.
• Liaise with customer process leads regarding process gaps, client issues, and escalation management to maximize client satisfaction.
• Resolve technical issues escalated from the team, ensuring all system issues/defects are accurately reported and tickets are logged with necessary details and evidence for investigation by Application Services and/or Products.
• Address functional issues escalated from the team, ensuring all processes are reported correctly and logged with required details and evidence to improve and redefine processes with the customer.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is trained on upcoming changes, with processes updated as necessary.
• Provide support during Year End activities.
• Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling.
• Assist Management in resolving client escalations and incorporate lessons learned.
• Mentor and develop team members through training and coaching to empower them in their roles.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed as needed.
• Achieve 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
• Exhibit professionalism and act responsibly.
• Adhere to all Security and Compliance protocols and quality standards.
• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, along with good English proficiency.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Relevant experience in payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, practices, and related legislation.
