Dutch - English Over the Phone Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Delivering interpretation services via telephone.

• Conveying the thoughts, intentions, emotions, and tone of the speakers from the source language to the target language.

• Adhering to relevant ethics and standards.

• Familiarity with specific industry vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Dutch speaker with English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Experience in interpretation, along with a solid understanding of medical and legal terminology is advantageous.

• Computer requirements: Windows 10 or newer, equipped with a Pentium or I3 processor. Minimum specifications: Core 2 Duo 2.1 GHz / Recommended: i5 / i7 at 2.4 GHz or higher.

• Minimum of 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended).

• Reliable and fast internet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable). Required internet speed is 4 Mbps for both download and upload.

• A noise-canceling wired USB headset.

• An eagerness to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
