This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Organize and compose sales transactions with an emphasis on transactional integrity and company guidelines.
• Act as a specialist on Cisco and Splunk purchasing programs.
• Prepare Order Documents.
• Assist sales teams during customer negotiations.
• Enable strategic agreements.
• Aid teams in establishing deal structures by evaluating impacts on ACV, ARR, iACV, internal handling, solutions, and program usage.
• Coordinate various stakeholders, next steps, gaps, and critical challenges.
• Oversee custom agreements from inception to completion.
• Negotiate directly with clients.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal backend partners.
• Compose key business language.
• Comply with internal systems and procedures.
• Deliver sales training and support on deal structuring, programs, and associated pricing.
• Function as a reliable partner and advisor to sales leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic deal management supporting sales.
• Knowledge and compliance with company program guidelines.
• Experience working closely with internal teams in a rapidly expanding software enterprise.
• Capability to interface with, influence, and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.
• Willingness to accommodate business needs beyond standard working hours.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• Experience in sales, best practices, financial planning and analysis, or sales operations analysis is preferred.
• An MBA is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Office.
