Drug Safety Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee compliance evaluations of scientific processes, records, and deliverables that interact with clients.

• Organize and maintain compliance documentation, evidence files, logs, and tracking systems.

• Ensure that client and project records are complete, consistent, and effective in control measures.

• Manage issue tracking, implement corrective actions, and conduct follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with consulting teams, quality partners, and client stakeholders.

• Track compliance metrics, trends, and any exceptions.

• Assist in reporting, decision-making, and the ongoing enhancement of client service processes.

• Aid in the development and standardization of compliance procedures, templates, and work instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory operations, regulatory affairs support, scientific consulting operations, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certification in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations.

• Preferred: Certification in project management or project coordination.
