This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Practical teaching: You will design a hybrid training format - 2 days in-person / 3 days remote, right by the Spree in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

• Knowledge transfer: You will deliver all relevant content in a practical-oriented manner - Python, databases, statistics, machine learning, or BI tools.

• Participant support: You will guide participants through regular feedback and adequately support their learning progress.

• Certifications: You will prepare our participants for all relevant certifications in their respective modules.

• Motivation: You prioritize empowerment and create an openly supportive learning environment for our participants in the tech sector.

• Modules (deployment based on expertise): Python programming (from introduction to advanced object-oriented programming), preparation for the Python Institute certification exams (PCEP, PCAP, and PCPP1), data analysis with Python (PCAD certification), databases, SQL (certificate: DP-900), AI fundamentals for data science (Microsoft AI-901 certification), Microsoft tech stack: MS Power BI (PI-300), data architecture & data platforms (DP-600 / Fabric).

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional expertise: You possess solid knowledge in data analytics, Python, databases, machine learning, or BI tools.

• Experience: Ideally, you have already gained experience as an instructor, trainer, coach, or in adult education – or you are eager to start fresh in this field.

• Empowerment & diversity: You will fully support our participants on their journey into the world of data & tech.

• Didactic skills: You can convey complex topics in an accessible, structured, and practical manner.

• Working model: You are familiar with online training, remote teaching, and hybrid learning formats.

• Work style: You are reliable, empathetic, and well-organized.

• Language: Your German language skills are at least at a C1 level.
