• Construct and oversee pages within dotCMS utilizing existing components.
• Develop and refresh content pages that align with brand strategies and campaign objectives.
• Create and enhance landing pages aimed at maximizing campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to refine page architecture and user navigation.
• Assist in improving customer journeys and initiatives focused on conversion optimization.
• Operate within a headless CMS framework integrated with Next.js.
• Contribute to front-end development as required, once proficiency has been demonstrated.
• Practical experience with dotCMS, particularly in page development and content management.
• Familiarity with working in a headless CMS setting.
• Proficient understanding of React and Next.js.
• Capability to grasp component-based architecture.
• Knowledge of Tailwind or contemporary CSS frameworks.
• Confidence in working with props-driven components sourced from an API.
• Experience with design patterns in headless CMS (API-driven content, structured content).
• Understanding of how CMS content correlates with front-end components.
• Basic debugging abilities, including reading console errors and discerning CMS issues from front-end problems.
• Strong grasp of UX principles, customer pathways, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured components.
• **Git + Workflow:** Since this project operates within a shared repository with the engineering team, candidates must possess:
• Experience with Git version control (branching, commits, pull requests).
• Basic knowledge of PR reviews and UAT processes.
• Awareness of environments, including differences between staging and production workflows, and push publishing.
• Understanding of how environments connect to the CMS.
