Donation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls from donors.

• Steer conversations using predefined scripts.

• Accurately input donation and pledge information.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (remote experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and listening abilities.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems comfortably.

• A quiet, dedicated home office environment is essential.

• Windows 11 PC required (minimum 8GB RAM, 16GB recommended).

• A USB noise-canceling headset is necessary.

• Wired high-speed internet connection (no WiFi-only setups).

• Dual monitors are highly recommended.

• Mac or Chromebook devices are not permitted.
