Donation Call Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding donations

• Communicate with donors in a courteous and professional manner

• Precisely record pledge and contribution information

• Adhere to established scripts and compliance requirements

• Uphold consistent attendance and performance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months experience in remote customer service or 1 year in an on-site role

• Strong, confident verbal communication abilities

• Capacity to multitask across different systems while engaging in conversation

• A quiet, distraction-free work environment

• Technical Specifications: Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM, 16GB recommended), USB noise-canceling headset, Wired high-speed internet (no WiFi-only configurations), Dual monitors are highly recommended, Mac or Chromebook devices are not permitted
