This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of and achieve annual revenue goals within a designated territory.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for the territory in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assess performance, recognize deficiencies, and apply necessary corrective measures.
• Keep precise forecasts, ensure pipeline visibility, and deliver performance reports.
• Leverage data and market insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize outcomes.
• Report on territory performance, potential risks, and growth prospects to leadership.
• Oversee and cultivate a portfolio of roughly 20–40 dealer accounts.
• Establish strong connections with dealer principals, sales teams, and key decision-makers.
• Enhance dealer performance through coaching, training, and business strategy development.
• Assist in conducting annual dealer evaluations, setting goals, and driving growth initiatives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners that align with the territory strategy.
• Ensure new dealers are positioned for sustainable success through effective onboarding and support.
• Boost product penetration and increase share of wallet within existing accounts.
• Evaluate dealer performance to pinpoint expansion opportunities.
• Foster accountability and the execution of dealer growth strategies.
• Spearhead the launch and adoption of new products within the territory.
• Ensure dealer teams are trained, equipped, and actively advocating new offerings.
• Provide market and customer insights to facilitate product development and ongoing improvement.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue within a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Strongly preferred: Experience with dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizations of various sizes and complexities.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently while coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams.
