This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Supervise and coordinate the operations of various locations within a specific district.

• Ensure that each location meets and surpasses customer service standards, operational objectives, and revenue goals.

• Guarantee that locations are staffed with skilled and well-trained employees who provide exceptional customer service.

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service quality and operational effectiveness.

• Perform regular audits to confirm adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer traffic and driving revenue growth.

• Offer leadership and guidance to location managers and their teams.

• Track and evaluate financial performance metrics, formulating plans to enhance profitability.

• Ensure that all locations comply with local, state, and federal industry regulations.

• Travel within the district and occasionally outside of it as required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in district or multi-unit management within the industry or a related automotive sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and operational goals.

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing financial data and developing strategies to enhance performance.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal industry regulations.

• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside of it as necessary.
