• Oversee and direct retail operations at the district level for Kate Spade New York.

• Propel the achievement of district objectives and outcomes.

• Offer constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development to team members.

• Build and manage high-performing teams throughout the district.

• Maintain a strong customer focus and cultivate effective relationships.

• Formulate strategies and plans with a comprehensive business perspective.

• Assist in recruitment, hiring, promotions, training, disciplinary actions, and terminations based on qualifications.
