This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Distribution Services Department with functions in the Transfer Agency.
• Help maintain relationships between Ultimus mutual fund clients and their financial intermediary trading partners.
• Facilitate the execution and processing of standard dealer agreements.
• Organize and file executed agreements while maintaining agreement databases.
• Provide reports to trust boards, clients, and internal colleagues.
• Address and resolve inquiries or issues from clients and dealers regarding agreements.
• Oversee the Distribution Services mailbox and manage correspondence.
• Generate requested reports and updates as needed.
• Review intermediary invoices for correctness.
• Calculate allocations between fund expenses and advisor expenses as required.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and those requiring additional attention.
• Maintain the UDA website, ensuring intermediary requirements and pricing are current.
• Support the UDA Shared Events program as necessary.
• Upload client information to the DTCC MFPS Profile II database.
• Assist in the implementation of new services.
• Reach out to clients for information, issue resolution, inquiries, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with team members and internal teams on inquiries and workflow management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client services or a related area.
• Background in the financial services industry.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Understanding of the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong judgment skills.
• Excellent client service abilities with a keen understanding of clients' business needs.
• Strong skills in maintaining client relationships.
