This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Assist in addressing complaints submitted through the CFPB, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and various other agencies.
β’ Provide support for requests related to credit deletion and release of liability.
β’ Accurately and promptly review, research, and respond to consumer disputes.
β’ Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding the initiation of investigations, resolution of disputes, or requests for documentation.
β’ Handle various credit reporting and audit reports.
β’ Organize documents and disputes into the appropriate files.
β’ Manage written disputes, including identity theft claims received electronically, through EOSCAR, FAX, mail, and email.
β’ High School diploma or GED is required.
β’ Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities.
β’ Ability to meet established deadlines.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
β’ Reliable and professional demeanor.
β’ Proficient writing and thorough research abilities.
β’ Capability to independently achieve productivity in a remote, queue-based setting.
β’ Candidates must reside in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, or Oregon.
β’ Experience with Excel report creation is advantageous.
