Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect, verify, and document ride, driver, and rider information with precision.

• Promptly address inquiries from drivers, riders, and customers through phone, text, and chat.

• Oversee scheduled and active rides to guarantee timely pickups and completions.

• Provide active support to drivers during trips by resolving delays, routing challenges, cancellations, and service interruptions.

• Quickly identify issues, take ownership of their resolution, and ensure follow-through to completion.

• Appropriately escalate issues in a timely manner according to established protocols.

• Keep accurate records and updates to ensure a seamless transition across shifts.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and offer suggestions for enhancements.

• Uphold professionalism, focus, and consistency in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience.

• Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and the ability to consistently work scheduled shifts.

• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and holidays (PST hours).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Proficient in clear and concise written and verbal communication.

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.

• Experience with medical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
