This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and coordinate daily operations for delivery and pickup utilizing routing and dispatch systems.
β’ Track fleet activities in real-time and proactively address service interruptions.
β’ Liaise with Delivery Management, Operations, Sales, and customers regarding route status, service notifications, and problem-solving.
β’ Facilitate two-way communication through email, phone calls, text messages, ERP systems, and routing software.
β’ Conduct pre-call communications with customers for the upcoming day's deliveries and pickups.
β’ Plan, set up, and enhance routes utilizing Descartes Routing Software.
β’ Manage daily dispatch capacity and foresee operational needs.
β’ Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams.
β’ Handle escalations and contribute to contingency planning during service disruptions or busy periods.
β’ A high school diploma or GED is required.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of preferred experience in customer service.
β’ Experience in a high-volume call center or a fast-paced service environment is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, is required.
β’ Strong technical skills with business software, email systems, and data entry are necessary.
β’ A typing speed of 40+ WPM is preferred.
β’ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is essential.
β’ Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.

β’ Preference will be given to candidates living in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
β’ Applicants must reside within the continental U.S.; residents of Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota are not eligible.
