📋 Description

• UX/UI Design: Craft intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences that align with user and business needs.

• UX Research: Conduct user research, develop customer journeys, and carry out usability tests to enhance the digital experience.

• Interface Design: Create visually engaging and functional designs, ensuring consistency and quality in user interactions.

• Responsive Design and Accessibility: Ensure that interfaces operate optimally across various devices and adhere to accessibility standards.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine digital products.

• Design Systems: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems and style guides.

• Agile Environments: Participate in Agile teams, actively collaborating in the definition and evolution of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.

• Strong skills in UX research, including customer journeys and usability testing.

• Experience with design tools such as Figma (or similar).

• Proficient in UI design, both visually and interactively.

• Experience in designing responsive and accessible interfaces.

• Previous experience with design systems and style guides.

• Ability to collaborate in multifunctional teams with various stakeholders.

• Experience in digital products, particularly in Agile or product environments.

• Experience with AI or data-driven products will be highly valued.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• C1 level of English is essential.
