Disability Transaction Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process assigned disability transaction work items, including BLIS and Outsort queues.

• Research customer applications and available records to locate and confirm existing disability claim matches.

• Review document images and accurately capture index data in customer systems.

• Adhere to documented procedures, quality expectations, clean-desk requirements, and production priorities.

• Manage a 40-hour weekly workload in a remote, PC-based production environment.

• Utilize coaching and training feedback to enhance proficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comfortable following a strict clean-desk policy.

• Capable of passing required background and drug screenings.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Basic PC and internet skills, including navigating computer applications and completing routine online tasks.

• Suitable work-from-home office environment is necessary.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Open to coaching and training opportunities.

• Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.

• Ability to connect to a modem/router using an ethernet cable.

• Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality where the compensation structure adheres to applicable wage regulations.

• Data entry experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus.
