This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assess and analyze disability claims from the comfort of your home.
β’ Engage in flexible scheduling as contract reviewers (1099).
β’ Work in collaboration with an independent panel of physicians.
β’ Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
β’ A current, unrestricted medical license is necessary.
β’ Preferred experience in conducting Disability Peer Reviews.
β’ The independent consultant position provides flexibility in scheduling and predictable work hours. You have the autonomy to choose services and case types, determine volume, and manage your workload according to your availability.
β’ There is no doctor/patient relationship established and no treatment is provided; this role offers advisory-only opinions.
β’ The typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days, depending on the review level. Dane Street keeps you informed about required turnaround times and meticulously manages all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making.
