Disability Case Analyst – Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist plan members throughout Canada during their illness, injury, and recovery journey.

• Actively manage a specific caseload in alignment with established service level agreements.

• Evaluate claims by considering contractual, medical, and vocational obstacles.

• Foster positive relationships with plan sponsors, plan members, treatment providers, and internal stakeholders.

• Compose letters to convey important benefit-related information.

• Exhibit emotional intelligence and empathy in interactions with plan members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingualism in English and French is a valuable asset.

• Fluency in both languages is required for candidates based in Québec.

• A college or university degree in a healthcare discipline or relevant work experience is advantageous.

• Proven capability to make effective decisions promptly.

• Familiarity with disability management and/or group benefits is beneficial.

• Comfortable and proficient in managing both incoming and outgoing calls.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
