This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to deploy and integrate technical solutions.
• Ensure that Directory Services platforms are secure, compliant, and highly available.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and operational runbooks for Directory platforms and associated technologies.
• Prioritize and safeguard privileged identities using RBAC, ACLs, least privilege, and Just-In-Time access.
• Provide prompt Level 3 incident response during assigned shifts and on-call duties.
• Offer leadership and technical support to members of the Operational support team.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Directory platforms.
• Manage Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management processes.
• Support security and compliance audits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and expectation management.
• Design, implement, and maintain a cloud-centric Active Directory environment.
• Work collaboratively with Identity, Information Security, Development, and business-owner teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of experience in a global information technology infrastructure setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Virtual Directory solutions.
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Significant experience managing complex and diverse directories, including Active Directory, eDirectory, Radiant Logic, Azure AD, and AWS Managed AD.
• Hands-on experience with identity technologies, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, SSO, Federation, and MFA.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and practices.
• Extensive experience with cloud service providers and understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/MSGraph scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Experience with Group Policy Management (GPO).
• Understanding of Microsoft ADCS/PKI/KMS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD Connect.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux engineering.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, UDP, Failover Clustering, SIEM, IIS/Tomcat, VMWare/Hyper-V, and Load Balancing.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery models and performance, resilience, and availability of Tier 0/Tier 1 systems.
• Security-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong troubleshooting skills based on security and engineering principles.
• Familiarity with agile processes and concepts.
• Ability to identify and implement industry best practices.
• Capacity to translate technical issues into clear, understandable business language.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to engage with teams across a global organization.
