Director, Strategic Accounts – AI/ML Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Drive the strategic development and expansion of Circuit Check's key customer relationships within the AI/ML data center infrastructure sector.

• Design and implement multi-year account strategies that result in substantial program victories, enhance executive-level partnerships, and establish the company as the preferred technology partner for hyperscale and enterprise AI clients.

• Act as the primary executive-level liaison with strategic accounts, fostering trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-suite decision-makers at hyperscale cloud providers, AI chip manufacturers, and data center operators.

• Organize engineering, product management, and operations around customer needs.

• Collaborate with Product Line Managers to convert customer insights into product roadmap contributions that align with the AI/ML market trajectory.

• Recognize trends in AI/ML technology adoption, supply chain changes, and customer investment priorities that present strategic opportunities for Circuit Check.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field) is required; an MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in strategic account management, business development, or program leadership within the semiconductor, electronic hardware, test & measurement, data center infrastructure, or related technology industries.

• Highly preferred: established executive-level relationships at hyperscale cloud providers; experience within the AI/ML hardware ecosystem (including GPU testing/validation, liquid cooling, power distribution, rack-scale integration, or similar infrastructure).

• International business experience is preferred, particularly within the Taiwan semiconductor ecosystem and/or Southeast Asian manufacturing.
