This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Identify and cultivate a growth strategy primarily focused on broker sales, while also accommodating direct generator sales.
• Responsible for increasing revenue at newly established MPFs, working collaboratively with other business regions of Reworld.
• Possess robust prospecting and business development skills to secure new business by showcasing in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and customer value propositions.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
• Engaged in forecasting and reporting – Actively communicate sales activities and pipeline opportunities, while enhancing CRM/NetSuite capabilities.
• Sales and Administrative Processes – Adhere to established contracts, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation protocols to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Implement pricing strategies effectively.
• Execute comprehensive MPF sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain communication with the Commercial and Senior Leadership teams.
• Be proactive and willing to undertake necessary actions for the benefit of customers and the business.
• Demonstrate skills and experience in Private Equity and Lean environments.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial/sales leadership and account management within the environmental, route sales and services, and industrial services sectors.
• A sales leader with a proven track record of fostering teams with a winning culture.
• A connector who embodies a solutions-oriented growth mindset.
• An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to comprehend and convey the technical capabilities of our facilities, operations, transportation, and waste approval processes to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Consistent history of success in driving revenue growth against quotas and enhancing profitability.
• Strong proficiency in sales and sales leadership methodologies and best practices.
• Capable of delivering accurate forecasting and managing pipeline development.
• Analytical and metrics-driven throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
