This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and establish new account relationships while enhancing and sustaining the current account portfolio in the property mitigation and restoration sector.
• Execute a direct partnership program with both new and existing commercial clients as well as local insurance carriers.
• Maintain and boost revenue and market presence.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations to support the network and ensure fulfillment of client commitments and promises.
• Secure new accounts, referrals, and relationships with key decision-makers through lead generation, cold calling, and sales presentations.
• Increase market share within existing accounts in designated regions.
• Communicate, train, and inspire network offices to bolster Business Development efforts.
• Negotiate and finalize Master Service Agreements with commercial partners and residential insurance clients.
• Create and present sales presentations, conduct regular sales calls, close deals, and finalize agreements.
• Achieve established sales quotas and revenue growth objectives.
• Build business relationships and develop residential/commercial programs with property insurance carriers.
• Manage accounts, including resolving disputes, preventing issues, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.
• Facilitate service opportunities in conjunction with the PDRI Business Development team.
• Stay informed about Paul Davis Restoration services and products.
• Assist with marketing efforts and maintain regular communication with the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
• Analyze and propose programs and procedures for improvement.
• Utilize approved CRM software to maintain contact details, document interactions, log meetings, and monitor performance.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and the 10 Serving Basics.
• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is advantageous.
• Proven sales experience with a strong background in negotiation and marketing skills.
• Prior experience with CRM software is considered beneficial.
• General understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.
• Relevant industry trade certifications are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to analyze, diffuse, and resolve challenging situations.
• Familiarity with cost analysis techniques.
• Ability to make independent decisions and assess judgments.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, leadership, dependability, and self-motivation.
• Competence in organizing and scheduling tasks according to priorities and deadlines.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to influence others without having formal authority.

• Experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial/facility sales is a plus.
