This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prospect and establish new account relationships while enhancing and maintaining the current account base in the property mitigation and restoration sector.
• Implement direct partnership programs with both new and existing commercial clients as well as local insurance carriers.
• Sustain and grow revenue along with market share.
• Support service delivery by collaborating with Quality Assurance and Operations teams.
• Develop and secure new accounts, referrals, and relationships through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations.
• Expand market presence within existing accounts in designated regions.
• Communicate with, train, and motivate network offices to bolster Business Development efforts.
• Negotiate and finalize Master Service Agreements with commercial partners and residential insurance clients.
• Create and deliver sales presentations, conduct sales calls, close deals, and finalize agreements.
• Achieve established sales quotas and meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Cultivate business relationships and insurance programs with property insurance carriers.
• Manage accounts, including resolving disputes, preventing problems, and ensuring service-level agreement compliance.
• Facilitate service opportunities with the PDRI Business Development team.
• Keep abreast of Paul Davis Restoration services and products.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and liaise with the Senior Vice President of Business Development.
• Analyze and recommend programs and procedures for improvement.
• Maintain records of contacts, interactions, and meetings in approved CRM software to track activity and performance.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and the 10 Serving Basics.
• Travel up to 50% for vendor sites, business visits, team meetings, and training sessions.
• College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience is preferred.
• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and marketing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is considered an asset.
• General understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.
• Relevant industry trade certifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, OneDrive, and similar tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to analyze, diffuse, and resolve problem situations.
• Understanding of cost analysis techniques.
• Ability to make independent decisions and assess judgments.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, leadership, dependability, and self-motivation.
• Proficient in organizing and scheduling assignments based on priorities and deadlines.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to influence without authority.

• Experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial/facility sales is advantageous.
• Capacity to safely operate a company vehicle.

• Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 50%.
