This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assume full responsibility for your pod’s outcomes, including product milestones, revenue goals, and customer impact.
• Interpret and implement the company’s vision into your pod's product roadmap and execution plan.
• Develop and sustain segment-specific positioning, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, buyer personas, and messaging strategies.
• Structure the work: Prior to your pod initiating any builds, you will have clearly defined the problem, evaluated the solution space, and organized the tasks for efficiency and quality.
• Spearhead Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Market (VOM) initiatives that convert genuine buyer feedback into finer positioning and enhanced product direction.
• Lead proactively: Guide and mentor pod members on a daily basis, acting as a player-coach.
• Propel revenue: Be accountable for the commercial results within your pod's area.
• Navigate the organizational landscape: Forge strong relationships with partner groups to ensure alignment on standards, eliminate dependencies, and operate swiftly without causing downstream issues.
• Advocate for AI-Native practices: Promote the active utilization of AI and automation tools within your pod.
• Articulate the narrative: Clearly convey your pod's work, decisions, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional collaborators.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline — such as product, design, business, technology, communications, or a similar field — or equivalent demonstrated experience through a proven history of leading teams and achieving measurable results.
• 5–8 years of substantial hands-on experience in product management, cross-functional program leadership, or a growth-focused leadership role — including at least 2 years of direct responsibility for revenue, product outcomes, or business results.
• You measure your success by outcomes rather than outputs.
• You take action. You thrive when actively engaged in the work — crafting briefs, testing prototypes, and reviewing launch strategies.
• You take the time to clarify the problem before diving into solutions.
• You tie every significant decision back to revenue or growth.
• You gain authority through successful delivery and trust, not merely through your title.
• You maintain both the overarching view and the implementation details simultaneously.
• You have genuinely explored the capabilities of AI — not just through reading, but through practical engagement.
• Full-time W2 position with core business hours aligned to your time zone.
• Work remotely with a company-provided MacBook and internet stipend.
• 21 days of flexible paid time off (PTO) plus your birthday and holidays (with options for flexible substitution).
• Enjoy ½ day Summer Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and more.
• 401k matching, a professional development budget, extensive wellness programs, pet insurance, and numerous additional perks and benefits.
