This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and lead the global QA strategy, frameworks, SOPs, and compliance standards across all vendors, categories, and production countries.

• Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing QA team, comprising both internal personnel and external partners.

• Act as Comfrt's subject-matter expert regarding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in apparel and home textiles across all major international markets.

• Develop scalable QA infrastructure and systems that can support substantial growth in new product categories and international markets.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for quality performance throughout the global supply chain, including regular reporting to executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the apparel and/or home textile manufacturing sectors.

• More than 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven history of building and scaling QA teams.

• In-depth knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards for apparel and home textile products in the U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, and the UK.

• Strong comprehension of retail routing, packaging, and vendor compliance requirements across major retail channels.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for vendor visits, factory audits, inspections, and meetings with retail partners.
