This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and manage the integrated marketing campaign calendar, ensuring all channels – email, social media, paid advertising, in-property initiatives, and PR – are aligned with a cohesive narrative.
• Create campaign briefs from strategy to execution, collaborating with channel leaders and Regional Marketing Directors to guarantee timely and brand-aligned delivery.
• Establish and oversee the campaign intake process to provide internal stakeholders with a clear method for requesting, tracking, and reviewing marketing support.
• Monitor campaign performance across various channels, providing regular updates with insights and recommendations to consistently improve results.
• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of our CRM using Revinate, which includes segmentation strategies, audience architectures, and automation workflows.
• Define and manage the guest communication roadmap, encompassing pre-arrival sequences, in-stay messaging, and post-stay re-engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Design and oversee the entire guest lifecycle – from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention – ensuring intentional messaging at each stage.
• Act as the primary writer for marketing campaigns, email content, landing pages, and promotional materials, producing polished and brand-consistent content efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider team to uphold brand voice guidelines and ensure consistency in communication across various touchpoints.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to campaign management, email marketing, or CRM – preferably within the hospitality, travel, or consumer brand sectors.
• Required hands-on experience with Revinate as a CRM and email marketing platform.
• An outstanding writer who can produce clean, engaging copy swiftly and takes pride in every piece of content released.
• Proven track record of managing an integrated marketing calendar across multiple channels and stakeholders, particularly using Asana.
• Strong project management skills – adept at creating order from complexity, meeting deadlines, and proactively communicating when timelines change.
