Director of Dealership Success – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Dealership Success Managers across East Coast regional areas

• Enhance retention, adoption, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction within the dealership portfolio

• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for achieving results

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience

• Cultivate trusted relationships with dealership leaders and executive stakeholders

• Leverage technical expertise to assist customers and teams in effectively adopting Podium’s AI solutions

• Convert customer objectives into actionable plans that generate measurable value and business impact

• Assist team members in managing complex customer situations, escalations, and renewal opportunities

• Promote operational excellence within the team through strategic planning, coaching, and execution

• Travel frequently to support customers, field activities, and team development

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, services, consulting, or a similar field

• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving strong business outcomes

• Exceptional customer-facing communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong technical aptitude and the capacity to quickly learn new products, systems, and workflows

• Experience in or around dealerships, automotive, SaaS, or other complex B2B environments

• A genuine interest in AI and its potential to enhance customer outcomes

• Comfort with operating in uncertainty and resolving issues without a defined playbook

• Strong leadership presence, resilience, and a proactive approach

• Ability to balance strategic thought with practical execution

• Proven ability to influence, mentor, and drive accountability within a team
