• Manage the comprehensive execution of new store openings, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery and impeccable implementation.
• Guarantee that all new stores are fully operational at launch, with robust foundations in staffing, training, inventory, systems, and in-store execution.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Operations and field leadership to ensure consistency in store standards, workflows, and operating models from day one.
• Shape store formats, layouts, and processes to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Aid in the transition of new stores to stable operations, ensuring strong initial performance and adherence to fleet standards.
• 7-10+ years of experience in spearheading the complete process of new store openings, from pre-opening planning through launch and post-opening stabilization.
• Demonstrated experience in field operations and the execution of large-scale projects.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively (up to 75%) to support on-site execution across various time zones.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple openings, timelines, and workstreams at once.
• Proficiency in translating opening timelines into clear operational plans for execution.
• Significant cross-functional leadership experience, with the capability to collaborate closely with Store Development, Retail Operations, HR, and Visual Merchandising.
• A hands-on, in-store leadership approach with the ability to work alongside teams during critical opening phases.
• Proven aptitude for real-time problem-solving and quick adaptation in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Strong operational and business acumen, with the ability to evaluate performance and drive stability post-opening.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• High level of ownership and accountability, with the capability to achieve results under tight deadlines.
