This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Direct the strategy and implementation for the interoperability data platform, covering aspects such as ingestion, implementation, storage, structure, governance, and ongoing scalability.
• Take ownership of the complete platform performance, including data onboarding, operational readiness, platform reliability, and downstream usability.
• Guarantee that interoperability data is systematically organized and managed for comprehensive utilization across structured, unstructured, and emerging data types.
• Propel the implementation of new data channels from intake through production readiness, operational transition, and effective integration into enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with product, channel, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure that platform capabilities address real business use cases and deliver measurable value.
• Supervise platform processes that facilitate data intake, transformation, normalization, storage, retrieval, and downstream enablement.
• Ensure that data within the platform is accessible, usable, governed, and aligned with enterprise needs across operational, product, reporting, and analytical use cases.
• Establish and manage KPIs for platform performance, implementation success, data quality, usability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Recognize risks, dependencies, and execution hurdles early on and drive solutions across both internal and external teams.
• Lead cross-functional execution for platform initiatives related to new data sources, enterprise priorities, and interoperability empowerment.
• Support vendor, partner, and internal technology relationships associated with platform capabilities, data utility, and delivery.
• Guide and cultivate a strong team focused on implementation, platform operations, and execution management.
• Continuously evaluate platform needs, enterprise demand, and new channel requirements to enhance performance and boost the usable value of data over time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of progressive leadership experience in data platforms, data operations, interoperability, healthcare technology, implementation, or related functions, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise data platform capabilities, implementation efforts, or operational data environments.
• Strong grasp of structured and unstructured data, platform operations, interoperability standards, healthcare data, and enterprise data management.
• Proven capability to lead across business, operational, and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
