This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of comprehensive, enterprise-level measurement frameworks that extend beyond channel-specific metrics to encompass total business impact.

• Design and supervise multi-year learning agendas and advanced testing roadmaps (incrementality, geo-testing, etc.) that align with long-term objectives set by the C-suite.

• Skillfully manage the shift to modern measurement (MMM, unified measurement, clean rooms) while advising on privacy-compliant data strategies.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP and C-level), becoming their go-to resource for insights on industry changes or business challenges.

• Recognize opportunities where advanced analytics can address business challenges, effectively defining and pitching high-value projects that increase agency revenue.

• Act as the strategic liaison among Planning, Investment, and Strategy teams, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into every media plan.

• Although not a direct supervisor of engineers, provide "dotted-line" mentorship to junior analysts, enhancing their capability to interpret data and think strategically.

• Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering leaders to ensure the data infrastructure aligns with the strategic vision without needing to handle the underlying code or ETL processes directly.

• Simplify highly intricate statistical concepts into engaging narratives for non-technical audiences, transforming data presentations into compelling business cases.

• Create and circulate internal and external perspectives on emerging trends (e.g., the decline of third-party cookies, AI in marketing, or the transformation of retail media).

• Oversee several direct reports at the Manager or Senior Analyst level, responsible for their career advancement, which includes defining and monitoring progress towards long-term goals, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting, including at least 4 years in a high-level client-facing leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in designing measurement frameworks for global brands, concentrating on long-term brand health and enterprise-level ROI.

• Profound understanding of the application and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Incrementality testing.

• Previous experience in the CPG/Retail sector is highly desirable, along with familiarity with IRI/Nielsen data and the intricacies of the path-to-purchase in a fragmented retail environment.

• Outstanding presentation abilities; capable of commanding a room and influencing senior decision-makers through clarity, confidence, and commercial insight.

• While daily dashboard creation or SQL writing is not expected, you must possess the technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business) or equivalent experience; an MBA or Master’s in a related field is a plus.
