• Oversee and analyze trends within the pharmacy benefits sector, proactively tackling emerging challenges and opportunities through strategic communication efforts.
• Serve as a principal advisor and strategist, guiding stakeholders through industry changes while ensuring clarity and confidence in the relevance of RxBenefits’ solutions and methodologies.
• Formulate and implement extensive communication strategies that respond to legislative reforms, the evolution of the PBM industry, compliance updates, and crisis communication, ensuring alignment with RxBenefits' business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Create and convey impactful messaging specifically designed for benefit advisors and client representatives, promoting understanding and trust across various audiences.
• Spearhead marketing and internal communication initiatives to develop effective tools and resources that empower our business development, account management, and operations teams to excel in enterprise-wide execution.
• 7-10 years of experience in communications leadership within the PBM or healthcare sector, concentrating on regulatory and compliance communications.
• Proven capability to distill complex industry developments into clear, actionable messaging for a variety of audiences.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience in managing global teams.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced, evolving industries and executing impactful communication strategies.
