• Establishes effective and professional relationships with key internal departments.

• Assists Sales Leadership in identifying accounts for growth and in crafting business plans and strategies for implementation.

• Communicates trends and issues related to sales initiatives.
• Collaborates with Sales Leadership to document advancements in pursuing opportunities.
• Plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team.
• Conducts periodic field ride-alongs to observe customer interactions.
• Identifies and aids in the implementation of solutions.
• Supports the development and planning of materials for significant sales meetings.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required.
• At least 10 years of experience is necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of brands, sales, products, and the pharmaceutical industry as a whole.
• Understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Recognized as an expert in branded sales.
• Familiarity with the industry and experience in product launches.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making capabilities, and project management expertise.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic along with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of reading and interpreting complex business documents.
• Able to write detailed reports and comprehensive business correspondence.
• Competent in collaborating with other departments.
• Able to present information to various departments.
• Capable of performing calculations such as percentages, ratios, and rates.
• May be required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and climb steps.
• May require the use of hands and arms.
• Willingness to travel periodically, approximately 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing in English is required.
