This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the business owner and main advocate for the Denials AI Workflow platform.
• Lead the implementation initiatives for new Denials AI clients and expansions for existing clients.
• Manage the solution design, workflow configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization processes.
• Integrate client data, workflows, and operational processes into the platform effectively.
• Promote best practices, standards, templates, governance, and scalable methodologies for implementations.
• Identify potential implementation risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, and Development teams regarding product vision, roadmap, adoption, and issue resolution.
• Collect feedback from implementations, operations, and clients to identify areas for enhancement.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of implementation consultants and solution analysts.
• Establish performance metrics, KPIs, support SLAs, and operational dashboards.
• Promote continuous improvement in onboarding, support, and product adoption processes.
• Develop the team's capabilities in technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and client consulting.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation and support challenges.
• Align business requirements with technical execution effectively.
• Provide executive reporting and regular status updates.
• Oversee post-go-live support and transition processes to steady-state operations.
• Safeguard and disclose PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards while adhering to Information Security and HIPAA policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare technology, software implementations, product management, or technical operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Minimum of 3 years in leading implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams.
• Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader.
• Proven track record in managing complex software implementations.
• Ability to present to executives, clients, and technical teams while clearly communicating complex concepts.
• Strong SQL skills, including proficiency in writing complex queries and analyzing datasets.
• Familiarity with healthcare data transactions.
• Preferred knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies and AI/ML-enabled healthcare applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, creative, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Sound judgment with the capability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside of normal business hours as required.
• Must have a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
• Compliance with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures is mandatory.
• Must limit exposure to PHI to the minimum necessary level.
• Flexible schedule with the option to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
• Remote/virtual work arrangement available.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
• Multifactor authentication and security device support requirements are in place.
