Director, Defined Contribution Senior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for driving business development and ensuring the overall delivery of data consulting services to clients.

• Engage directly with clients and participate in project status meetings alongside the Consultant.

• Collaborate with the Consultant and the internal Fidelity team to identify and assess the client's data and custom administration requirements, proposing solutions to address them.

• Accountable for managing the client assignment program while working within a deadline-driven environment.

• Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships by providing an exceptional level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

• Lead the development and presentation of value-added proposals to the client.

• Ensure project team members create realistic project plans that include scope, duration, and effort.

• Oversee the program to ensure it aligns with the strategy, plan, and budget.

• Identify potential risks and guide the team toward effective solutions when challenges arise.

• Gather, define, and apply client-specific knowledge regarding benefit plans, including administrative procedures, systems configuration, and data utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Defined Contribution benefit consulting, client management, or as an administration team manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in business development.

• A minimum of 5 years focused on program or project management.

• Required understanding of Defined Contribution plan benefits and record-keeping administration.

• Experience with Defined Benefit, Stock Plan, Health Savings Account, Health and Welfare administration, and payroll/HRIS systems is an advantage.
