This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain a proactive engagement with customers to enhance account relationships, inform them of new product and service offerings, discuss optimization opportunities, set SMART goals, establish success metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving these goals.
• Analyze data trends, alert patterns, and other crucial data metrics to provide insightful use cases and recommendations to clients.
• Act as a team leader and collaborative partner – the Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as the 'quarterback' for internal Stanson teams, coordinating essential presentations for customers based on internal analyses.
• Develop, cultivate, and strengthen business relationships within large healthcare delivery systems that are critical to the success of projects.
• Identify project risks and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
• Apply professional business writing and communication skills to lead projects efficiently and effectively.
• Educate and train key healthcare project champions on utilizing the Stanson ‘Iris’ analytics tool.
• Identify and validate the value and return on investment that Stanson-Premier provides to members, along with renewal and business retention activities.
• Utilize standard practices, reporting, and value assessments while customizing based on member needs.
• Keep updated on all Stanson-Premier services, technology, and solutions, as well as industry and regulatory changes.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• Experience managing or implementing large, complex accounts with multiple products and services
• Ability to develop relationships and engage with C-suite executives and other key functional stakeholders within health systems
• Proficiency in delivering executive-level presentations
• Consulting experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena, or other EMR implementations, and/or roles in healthcare consulting
• Familiarity with SaaS
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)
