Director, Customer Business Unit – 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• The Global Business Unit Director is tasked with overseeing a team of multiple global program managers and Customer Focus Team leads for a significant strategic account within our expanding Connectivity and Cloud Solutions sector.

• Provides cooperative assistance to Sales and Business Development for new and competitive business quotations related to manufacturing, product solutions, repair, or design services.

• Collaborates with the Technical Director of the GCBU on technical matters and design initiatives.

• Serves as an executive liaison in commercial domains and functions within the objectives established by the Division.

• Offers both direct and indirect supervision to all support staff engaged in servicing each customer under the director’s purview.

• Accountable for contract and commercial management, ensuring account profitability, financial performance, and overall Customer Satisfaction.

• Manages pricing and quoting processes in conjunction with Sales, SCM, Quoting, and CFT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise-scale program management, relationship management, and sales process oversight.

• Robust financial and business acumen, with proficiency in contracts, financial statements, and quotations.

• Profound knowledge of data analytics and familiarity with business intelligence (BI) reporting tools.

• Essential experience in initiating and managing large customer programs from negotiation to execution.

• A minimum of 15 years in strategy, program management, and operations, with a demonstrated track record of success.

• Experience in manufacturing management across multiple regions.

• Background in fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic business environments.

• Strategic mindset paired with the ability to address daily tactical operational challenges.

• Proficient in Power BI.

• Experience leading a Program Management Office (PMO).

• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing and Joint Development Manufacturing.

• Background in working with hyperscaler and AI companies.
