Director, Client Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction for accounts and engage in quarterly and annual planning activities.

• Take full responsibility for the revenue associated with all Zaelab accounts in your portfolio.

• Act as a consultative partner to our clients, pinpointing areas of their business needing transformation or modernization.

• Collaborate closely with and manage various organizational layers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in consulting, account management, or strategic client services roles, preferably within a consulting, digital, or technology services context.

• Proven track record in managing complex, multimillion-dollar accounts and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic growth within a portfolio of existing or new accounts, identifying transformation opportunities, articulating modernization strategies, and navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

• Strong decision-making capabilities with the confidence and poise to engage in challenging conversations.

• Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting, exhibiting flexibility and agility as business needs and objectives evolve.

• Proven knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry, with familiarity in composable commerce platforms, workflow automation tools, ERP modernization initiatives, and digital experience ecosystems being a notable advantage.

• Ability to confidently persuade, present, and advocate for ideas.

• Exhibiting strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid negotiation expertise, with experience structuring strategic engagements across T&M, fixed-fee, and retained team models.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business management or administration, marketing, information technology, communications, public relations, or related disciplines.
