This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the comprehensive roadmap for various program types: surveys, advisory councils, webinars, representative and MSL meetings, and asynchronous Q&A.
• Make critical decisions regarding what we develop, when, and the rationale behind it, supported by data and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll be responsible for writing the specifications.
• Define the processes for recruiting, onboarding, payments, compliance (Sunshine Act/Stark Law), and the overall experience for every engagement on the HCP side.
• Create experiences that foster long-term engagement: transforming one-time interactions into recurring behaviors and lasting relationships.
• Outline and develop how a pharmaceutical client structures a program, launches it, and evaluates its outcomes.
• Build the product layer that facilitates the high-quality results that pharmaceutical clients seek, presented in an actionable format.
• Position the advisor network as a product rather than a mere list. Define the experience, frequency, and unique value proposition.
• Develop workflows that convert roundtable discussions, peer interactions, and panels into a scalable and repeatable engagement model.
• Link product engagement to commercial signals, illustrating how participation leads to renewals, expansions, and increased demand from pharmaceutical companies.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management or program/engagement leadership with definitive product ownership within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or a related regulated B2B sector (e.g., medical devices, payers, life sciences services, healthcare media).
• Proven history of delivering products across various HCP engagement channels: physician surveys, advisory boards, KOL/speaker programs, webinars, representative/MSL field activities, peer-to-peer education, or other clinical interactions.
• Strong product instincts. You can transform a disorganized operational workflow into a clear set of product features, draft a concise PRD, and advocate for trade-offs with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
• Insight into prescriber user experience and physician motivations. You’ve designed with the audience in mind, rather than simply meeting their needs.
• A fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical regulations: PhRMA Code, OIG anti-kickback guidelines, FDA promotional regulations, fair market value, adverse event reporting, and consent requirements. While not a compliance lawyer, you should know when to consult one.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity. This role is being established because the function is still developing, not because a detailed playbook already exists.
• Excellent written communication skills. This includes PRDs, roadmaps, briefs, and customer-facing program designs.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents, along with an on-demand healthcare concierge service.
• Pre-tax savings options for healthcare and dependent care, complemented by monthly employer contributions to HSA (for those enrolled in a high-deductible plan).
• Fully paid short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as life and AD&D coverage.
• Enjoy a flexible vacation policy that allows you to take the time you need to recharge.
• Paid parental leave to bond with your newborn, adopted, or foster child (available after 6 months of employment).
• If you are near an office, we encourage in-person collaboration and connection; otherwise, remote work is always a viable option.
• We will provide you with the necessary equipment to create a comfortable home workspace.
• Save for your future with tax advantages and company matching contributions.
