This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create high-quality videos that reflect the unique style and tone of each brand.
• Focus on social media advertisements (User-Generated Content, motion graphics, and high-production visuals).
• Enhance content for platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and others to boost engagement.
• Work effectively under tight deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to successfully incorporate client feedback.
• Keep abreast of video content trends and editing techniques that drive conversions.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in video editing and production, ideally in the e-commerce sector.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with other video editing software is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok, Meta advertisements, and best practices for short-form video content.
• Skilled in utilizing motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading techniques.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
