Digital UX Designer – Commerce Web

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners, sponsors, and subject matter experts to advocate for user needs.

• Implement user-centered design principles across Agilent’s customer platforms from initial concept to final launch.

• Establish UX scope and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders and digital teams.

• Utilize personas, insights, analytics, and competitive research to inform design decisions.

• Conduct user and competitive analyses to guide effective solutions.

• Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on concepts and final specifications.

• Lead and facilitate user testing from planning stages to reporting outcomes.

• Participate in key product meetings and assist with product launches.

• Map customer journeys to minimize drop-offs and enhance conversions.

• Transform research insights into actionable testing strategies.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio highlighting web-based commerce.

• Proficient in Figma for designing wireframes, user flows, and mockups.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to effectively collaborate with developers.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce journeys and a proven track record in optimizing funnels for growth and retention.

• Effective collaborator across functions, including engineering, product, and business teams.

• Experience in eCommerce, B2B/B2C websites, and web applications.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and task management in JIRA.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Open to receiving feedback and making necessary revisions.

• Actively contribute to brainstorming and planning new features based on input from customers and stakeholders.
