Digital UI Designer – Commerce Web

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and designers to develop user-centered solutions that align with both business and technical objectives.

• Transform approved test concepts into production-ready user interfaces by providing precise Figma files, style specifications, and necessary assets.

• Create responsive and visually captivating interfaces for desktop and mobile B2B/B2C commerce.

• Implement and enhance the Agilent Design System to ensure uniformity in typography, color, branding, and imagery.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts and their underlying rationale.

• Address complex challenges with clear and intuitive design solutions that enhance user experience.

• Advance and document design system tokens, components, and patterns to ensure scalable consistency.

• Promote design best practices and contribute to the digital style guide.

• Stay updated with UI trends, tools, and technologies to provide contemporary design solutions.

• Participate in Agile workflows, including discovery, planning, testing, and post-launch design support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of UI or visual design experience for B2B/B2C websites or web applications.

• Understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.

• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs with attention to alignment, typography, and responsiveness.

• Experience in designing for B2B and B2C commerce platforms.

• Proficient in Figma; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

• Familiarity with design systems, reusable components, and design patterns.

• Understanding of web development concepts and cross-platform design.

• Strong visual design skills with a keen awareness of user interaction.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
