This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will create innovative, comprehensive solution concepts that seamlessly integrate customer experience, transformation, and the utilization of AI technologies.
• You will assess customer needs and processes to uncover optimization opportunities, translating these insights into persuasive proposals and tender documents.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will design forward-thinking service and transformation models that are specifically tailored to meet individual customer requirements.
• You will oversee collaboration with business units, partners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure all components come together as a cohesive end-to-end solution.
• You will craft complex concepts into well-organized, visually engaging presentations.
• Staying informed about current market and technology trends, you will proactively contribute new ideas.
• Additionally, you will take charge of the methodological advancement of our solution-design approaches and actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of our delivery models and best practices.
• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Several years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, IT, consulting, or solution design.
• Proven experience in designing complex solutions and preparing proposals and tender documents, ideally within interdisciplinary teams.
• A solid understanding of digital business models, contemporary CX technologies, automation, and the application of AI.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a confident presence.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, with the capability to present intricate concepts in a clear and visually appealing manner.
• A high level of self-initiative, a solution-oriented approach to work, and a passion for digital transformation, innovative customer experiences, and emerging technology trends.
• Proficient written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
