This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• You will develop innovative, comprehensive solution concepts that intelligently integrate customer experience, transformation, and the application of AI technologies.
• You will analyze customer requirements and processes to identify optimization potentials.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will design future-oriented service and transformation models.
• You will present complex concepts in clearly structured, visually appealing presentations.
• You will be responsible for the methodological advancement of our solution design approaches.
• A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in customer care & experience, customer service, (strategy) consulting, or solution design.
• A proven track record in designing and implementing multidisciplinary and/or cross-border solutions.
• A solid understanding of digital business models, modern customer experience technologies, automation, and the application of AI.
• Experience in conceptualizing complex solutions as well as preparing proposals and tender documents.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
