This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Lead exploratory discussions with potential clients to comprehend their marketing operations, technology infrastructure, and challenges associated with managing multiple locations β then convert those insights into engaging, tailored platform demonstrations and solution proposals.
β’ Prepare and present customized product demonstrations and technical presentations that illustrate how Eulerity addresses the unique challenges faced by multi-location brands on a large scale.
β’ Develop and propose solutions β including possible integrations and bespoke workflows β to cater to the needs of complex enterprise, franchise, and multi-location clients.
β’ Manage the technical aspects of the sales process: addressing platform inquiries, overcoming objections, and confidently handling proof-of-concept evaluations.
β’ Respond to the technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and security questionnaires with precise, persuasive content that showcases our platform's features.
β’ Serve as the market's voice internally β bringing forth client feedback and multi-location marketing trends as actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding for new clients after the sale.
β’ 3β5 years in a client-facing or cross-functional role related to digital marketing β titles may include Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Technology Lead, Marketing Operations Manager, or Program Manager.
β’ Experience in working with or directly supporting multi-location brands, franchise systems, or regional chains is essential; you possess an understanding of the operational complexities involved in marketing at scale.
β’ Practical knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem: advertising platforms (Google, Meta), campaign management, tracking methodologies, and marketing analytics.
β’ Experience in implementing or operationalizing software β whether that involves onboarding a new martech platform, managing vendor relationships, or leading systems rollouts across teams or locations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences β equally comfortable presenting to a VP of Marketing as guiding an ops team through a workflow, simplifying complexities while maintaining substance.
β’ Experience in working collaboratively across sales, marketing, product, and/or operations teams within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
β’ Strong analytical and creative abilities with a consultative, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
β’ High energy, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for enabling clients to succeed with technology.
