Digital Marketing Specialist – Webflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of on-page, technical, and content SEO projects.

• Perform keyword research, content mapping, and optimization tasks.

• Track performance metrics using Google Search Console and GA4.

• Enhance rankings, drive organic traffic, and boost conversion rates.

• Assist with link-building and digital PR efforts.

• Create and manage pages, landing pages, and CMS collections in Webflow.

• Improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall site performance.

• Execute A/B tests and implement website enhancements.

• Develop and oversee nurture sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.

• Construct audience segmentation and automated workflows.

• Ensure deliverability and maintain list health.

• Analyze campaign performance and continually optimize outcomes.

• Oversee both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns.

• Create target audiences, launch campaigns, and track performance.

• Optimize CPL, CTR, and lead generation activities.

• Produce presentations, one-pagers, sales materials, and campaign creatives.

• Design marketing assets for email, social media, and paid advertising.

• Uphold brand consistency across all communication channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical digital marketing experience.

• Extensive experience in at least three of the following areas: SEO, Webflow, Email Marketing & Automation, and Paid Social Advertising.

• Demonstrable Webflow experience with live website examples or a portfolio.

• Proficient in using modern email marketing platforms (such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).

• Experience in managing paid LinkedIn campaigns and associated budgets.

• Strong design capabilities, with a portfolio that includes presentations, one-pagers, or marketing creatives.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English at a professional level.

• Highly organized and capable of working independently.
